The Farmer Tauranga Development is an Elizabeth Properties Ltd project. Elizabeth Properties Ltd is part of the James Pascoe Group.
The company committed to the milestone project after discussing ways to enhance the Tauranga CBD site’s traditional role in retail.
After consulting with many stakeholders, including iwi, businesses, Tauranga City councillors and the public, a design was crafted for a landmark building which would serve as a southern gateway to the CBD.
The building's modern mix of retail, dining and accommodation aims to create an experience in a way that is unprecedented in New Zealand.
Elizabeth Properties Ltd has involved many local contractors in the project.
James Pascoe Group owns several iconic New Zealand brands which will anchor the new building’s retail offering. These include Farmers, Whitcoulls, Stevens, and Pascoes the Jewellers.
